Unit-III   Introduction to Normalization, First, Second, Third Normal Forms, Dependency Preservation, Boyce-Codd Normal Form, Multi-valued Dependencies and Fourth Normal Form, Join Dependencies and Fifth Normal Form, Domain-key normal form (DKNF).
Unit-IV   Database Recovery, Concurrency Management, Database Security, Integrity and Control. Structure of a Distributed Database, Design of Distributed Databases.
